酒店前台服务人员明显缺乏培训，服务态度极差，客房淋浴设备损坏很不好用；房间泡池脏得不能忍受。房间没有无线网，向服务员索要网络线，竞被前台服务员生硬地拒绝，理由竞然是“没有了”，随即挂断电话。这是我近十年遇到最差的酒店了。
