带小孩去洗澡开的房，一直没有热水，根本没办法洗澡，确定这是国际大酒店，连基本的热水都保证不了，而且还贵，不是想的大过年的，绝对找前台退房！

办理入住的时候查不到订单，原来个属于艺龙的订单，携程这方面要注意。酒店在竹溪算是比较好的酒店了，各方面设施都还不错。但wifi实在是不行，得改进！
