竹溪最好最新的酒店 出差在外住这里让我很放心 早餐还不错 酒店设施和安保很到位 准四星级酒店享受 周边没人气 靠国道边有点不安全 还有就是房间隔音比较一般 其他都很好 服务员和前台很热情贴心 让我对竹溪刮目相看！

酒店服务态度差，与携程的事情自己不主动去沟通，让客户夹在中间协调。并着问题已经多次发生了，不惊醒不处理，至客户于不顾！
