这次自驾出行选择了这家酒店，整体体验还是很满意的！酒店的地理位置真的没话説，不管是去周边景点还是市区觅食都很方便。最让自驾党省心的是配套的地下停车场，车位充足，停车全程顺畅，再也不用为找车位发愁。前台的服务也特别贴心，办理入住手续效率高，还主动给我们推荐了附近的美食和游玩路线，让人感觉很温暖。入住的房间也很舒适，设施齐全，衞生状况也不错，能让人卸下旅途的疲惫。美中不足的是，自驾途中和其他车辆发生了小刮蹭，多少影响了出行的心情，但这和酒店本身没有关系。单论酒店的品质和服务，还是值得推荐的，下次再来这边玩，大概率还会选这家！

酒店门头挺大，前台小姐姐服务很好哦!当时来的时候可能是入住高峯期我都排队到了前台外面，又冷想象不到这家酒店生意到底是哪里好，这么多人选择入住，本来都打算离开了，后面一个小姐姐看到我，问我定的什么房间，帮我拿了热饮[咖啡]，升级了房型，虽説中间有一点点小插曲，但是后面顺利入住了，后面如果有机会可能会选择继续来住。也非常感谢当时的那个小姐姐啦[愉快]

因公出差学习，途中特意选了这家酒店，酒店的整体环境乾净整洁，大堂简约大气，房间里的布置温馨舒适，设施也都很齐全，忙完一天的学习回到房间，能彻底卸下疲惫，休息得特别好。最值得夸的就是自助早餐，品类超级丰富，热菜、麪点、水果、饮品一应俱全，味道也在线，每天早上吃得饱饱的，学习都更有精力了。
美中不足的是，因为人生地不熟，打车时被绕了路，耽误了一些时间，多少影响了出行的心情，但这和酒店本身毫无关系。单看酒店的品质和体验，完全是差旅出行的优质选择

差评，房间很小，设施老旧，淋浴间里顶上固定的花洒没了，剩了个铁管子，跟服务枱反映，服务枱给的回应是酒店装修，所有房间都没有，好吧，我也不能每个房间去看，不用也行，马桶也不知道多少年了，下水没一点吸力，跟前台説马桶这样啥也冲不下去，果然，上个大号就堵了，咋冲都冲不下去，第二天早上起来家里人得到处找厕所，真无语了，枕头稀软，枕下去就成个片了，枕着特别难受，一次性拖鞋也没有，用塑料袋套了俩双塑胶拖鞋，好在我们自带拖鞋了，不然还得出去买，真是没住过环境这么差的星级宾馆

锦江之星酒店进入大厅宽敞明亮，非常漂亮！早餐丰富品种多，房间隔音效果好！客房阿姨的服务是没话説，续住打扫得很贴心，把我房间收拾得乾乾净净、整整齐齐，不仅贴心还暖心。前台服务热情周到！办理入住和退房都很快，值得推荐！

衞生打扫的比较乾净，也安静，但是酒店比较旧，装修老派且旧，地毯都黑了，有一丝丝烟味儿。住了各地的维也纳，这个算是硬件最差的，卧室灯光昏黄昏黄的，衞生间灯也是昏黄昏黄的，化粧都看不见，维也纳也是不思进取，现在还是配备的小块香皂，也没有护发素，长发女生要自带护发素。酒店冬天是地暖，挺暖和，中央空调不能用，所以是不能自己按体感喜好调节温度，这个影响不大。我订了两间房，其中一间还没有退房服务员就进去打扫完了。酒店早餐説是七点到九点半，八点半下去吃早餐都快凉了，油条什么的都是凉的。酒店位置尚算便利，出门就是公交车，离市中心有一公里。

Hotel overbooked, didn't have our room type (Business-two bed room).
Was not accommodating for finding a solution.
Deceiving actions, first told us the "family room" was equivalent to booked room. When I insisted on the proper room, we were told they overbooked. Then they argued the family room was a free upgrade.
I don't think Cartoon Stickers & Bedlinen, play toys, as well as plastic baby pottery was an upgrade compared to a business room. Usually upgrades are more spacious, luxurious or have other advantages.
The breakfast had little options, most dishes already cold at opening at 7am. Chairs had stains & tables were greasy.
Bathroom has many signs of old age.
The carpet floor in the rooms had black stains & holes from cigarette butts.
Beds were ok, wifi worked but rather slowly.
Fitnessroom was not separate, but shared with the pool tables. Opening hours are wrong. Room opens at 3pm not at 12 noon.
Playing pool is free, however activating the light for the individual pool table is 40rmb/hour.
Due to issues with the room & deceiving actions by reception to cover up with no interest in finding compromise I can not recommend the hotel at all.
The dispute was resolved with Trip.com customer service for a partial refund, which took 5 hours of my time.

这次入住五堰维也纳步行街店酒店体验超棒！位置超绝，就在步行街旁，出行觅食都很方便。房间乾净整洁，床品舒适，一夜好眠。前台服务热情周到，办理入住迅速，还贴心推荐周边好玩的地方，下次来这边还住这！
