出差三年了，第一次给差评，第一，我定了4天酒店，退房前一天晚上酒店前台在没有任何核实的情况下直接把我订单改成了一天，明知道自己酒店前台人员订单审核错误还让我们自己联系艺龙网站，不负责任！第二，退房当天本来着急赶火车，同事先去前台开票，直到我去前台票还没开好，最让人接受不了的是前前后后一共打了4次，开错了两张票，开个发票三四分钟的事儿硬是折腾十几二十分钟，酒店前台有监控自己去调监控！！！就因为这个差点赶不上火车！！！这是第一次住你们这肯定也是最后一次！！！
