上次的住宿发票搞丢了，今天早上打电话过去希望能补一张我出税钱，前台一口拒绝，我说为什么不行，她说经理说的，我说请经理接电话我来沟通，她说经理没来，我说经理没来你怎么问的经理说不行？她支支吾吾说什么旁边同事说的。在这个酒店住了十几次，就这样对顾客？对你们失望至极
