前台太差劲，在网上已经预付过房费了，入住我说在同程预订的，前台问了我预订姓名，什么都没说就办理入住，交了500押金。第二天退房说没有和同程合作，从押金里扣了房费！！预付的房费提示不能退，打同程客服电话打不通，赶火车就先走了，不过同程联系到酒店核实了信息还是把预付的房费退了。酒店其实也有和同程合作，就是想让同程给他们做宣传，结果去了的客人接待，但是不承认付过房费！
