说实话，房间配置还是不错的，但是结账的时候乱收费，说咖啡和苏打水没了，矿泉水开口了，我们自己带的零食酒水去的凭什么用他们的，后来他们承认咖啡没有，苏打水被我们找到了，矿泉水没办法，但我们的确没用，我们在入住的时候房卡的包装上明明写着艺龙预定，他们却给艺龙反馈说我们没住，我表示特别生气，酒店方也没有给出合理回应，态度恶劣，不推荐！！

很不错，刚到那里办入住手续，前台服务员和热情，一个漂亮的服务员见外的行李包很多，帮忙给我拿到电梯口，笑容美丽热情。让人很暖心，餐厅饭份很大，值得入住
