开元还不错，大姐打扫房间很及时。尤其是王菊子小姐更是贴心，我们换房间王菊子担心宝宝受凉还特意嘱咐宝宝多穿衣服，还给小朋友们送了福袋，我们小朋友牙具也给我们配得很齐，非常细心。大堂气氛也很棒，各种装饰很大气，感受到浓浓的年味。

非常棒的一次入住体验，房间干净整洁，一个人带两个娃过来，宾客关系主任查丹丹女士从前台帮忙登记入住，提取行李到房间帮忙给小朋友铺床，洗漱一系列服务，真心感动，还会再来入住的
