有史以来最差的一次酒店，牌子打的大，连客栈都不如，没有WiFi，没有一次性牙膏牙刷，没有沐浴露，洗澡的喷头只有一股水，连拖鞋只有一双胶拖鞋，明明是个豪标，结果连最基本的配备都没有，说了含早餐，结果早餐也没吃到，前台也没说8:30结束，8点半过一点去就说没有了，太失望

已订给酒店交钱，结果到店被告知无房，最后被酒店安排到一家商务酒店，第二天一早起来在商务酒店被要求签同意书，最不能接受的还被要求按手印（手印本人未同意）

除了房间漂亮就没有优点了！早饭7:30就没有了还那么难吃，其中一个厕所马桶漏水，电视机上的灰厚厚的，电视也看不了，无线网只有一些房间有，用品也没有提前准备，房门不隔音早上是被走廊上的人吵醒的！！前台的人也是爱答不理，真的除了房间漂亮就没有优点了

价优，但不完善。1卫生间玻璃浴室损未维修，地面有碎玻璃。2机顶盒无数据卡；3无拖鞋。4电话不通。（问题2，3去总台找了后及时解决了）

酒店太差了，热水晚上七点以后才有，卫生差，设施陈旧。感觉要停业的状态，要退房还不行，和携程互相推。走廊黑漆漆的。
