头一天订房，今天入住时前台服务员必须要求携程打电话才办理入住，而且态度非常非常差！其它店都是凭身份证办理入住！

宾馆的卫生还行，毕竟价格便宜，热水是晚上六点以后才有的，离古镇很近可步行前往，但是不足之处是酒店服务人员工作不认真，说我们使用了一次性的毛巾，其实是她们自己没有放，还好我入住时拍了照片才得以解决！

非常不愉快的经历，诸多问题在交涉时被前台接待无理拒绝，服务意识非常之差，还提出收取其他费用或者就退房，重来没有碰到过这样管理混乱的酒店，我算见识了！

酒店位置很偏，入住率很低，没几个客人，所以早饭特简单只能将就吃了。房间设施陈旧，窗户没有搭扣，窗帘拉不起，卫生间水量很小，热水要晚上7点才能提供，第二天早上热水就不合适洗澡了。特别提醒前台小姐很凶哦不讲道理的，可见他们的管理是多么松懈！

费了些周折最终选择了这个酒店，入住后感觉很棒的，位置、设施、卫生、服务都超满意！唯一不爽的是同样的价位，在携程上定的没有早餐，而直接找酒店定的就提供早餐，后来一位美女进行了解释，并且送了早餐券给我们，对酒店灵活的服务点个赞！！！总体来说，在松潘这个酒店已经很好了，下次去一定会入住！！
