前台所有人的服务都点赞、但是客观的说、客房部处理事情的态度和效率实在让人汗颜！浴缸碰都不会有人碰的地方告诉我花洒坏了得赔1900，一个月在酒店消费好几万也算是超级vvvvvip了吧！迟迟没有主要负责人联系我处理，导致我方工作其中一个环节停滞，作为遂宁唯一一家五星级酒店、希望拿出该有的气度和效率解决此事以便后面更愉快的合作！
