作为遂宁最好的酒店，酒店环境和设施不错，早餐也不错，但整体服务方面相对不成熟、较弱。到达时门口行李生不帮助拿行李；入住两天但不知为什么房卡第二天开不了门，前台服务员说房卡做了两天，是放置不当消磁了，但两间房的房卡同时都消磁不可能吧？

位于河东，酒店楼下就是新开发景区圣莲岛的过河隧道口，河边有绿化的公园散步，酒店位置不错。有地下停车场，很多车位随便放，不收停车费。房间有无线Wi-Fi，速度比较快。景观房能看见河景。早餐7:00-9:30，但实际能吃到10点。如果和其他五星级酒店早餐相比，餐品种类不算多。三楼有中餐厅，可以零点，价格比较贵，但是不收包间费。
