房间很大，设施齐全，地理位置紧邻黄河水景公园，环境很好。需要改善：实施老旧，维护更新不够，卫生间排气风扇无力（有异味），地面瓷砖有污迹，入户门间隙大（门锁上后放荡）。宾馆原是市党校招待所，既然对外服务，建议管理者面对市场好好经营（以后还来看看）。
