没早餐，没无线网，这些都不重要，关键是服务态度极差，因为要事情没办完需要续住，要求自己上网重新订特价房，按照其要求定了，并收到艺龙的确认短息，被告知他们没收到通知，拒绝入住。服务态度尤其恶劣，没有主动打扫意识，因为续住房间没更换用品也没打扫，电话让服务员送点厕纸和肥皂，结果8月12日晚上班前台服务员让我自己下楼拿，还恶劣扬言“我们随时打电话给你，你接到电话就必须下来。。。。”我不知道这是什么意思？出差办事那么多年，高价的、特价的房间都住过，这种服务态度的还真是第一次见。因为事情耽搁连续住了3天每天都让人受气，最后一晚换别处住了。。。自己不会再来住了，也不推荐住。。。后来住了宿迁其他的特价房也不错，还有早餐和无线网，关键是态度好！
