设施：晚上到的就在木渎玩儿给朋友订的房，各方麪条件还不错，在景区里很安静，房间乾湿分离的，水也很舒服，夜里的前台小姑娘怕我们找不到路还特意带我们到门口，算是个闹中取静的住所，床垫很舒服，本来我还是很认床的，结果当晚睡的还行，可以的，性价比很高，下次还会再来的??

周末看天平山红叶，又想在木渎古镇逛到一下，就在Ctrip上定了此酒店的弦声大床房，314元，价格也不贵，还用了权益延迟到14点退房房间设施简约风格，还不错，有一点点木头味道纱棉床品体验感确实不错淋浴会忽冷忽热，不太好服务：还是要吐槽2点 1、一开始，前台给了203房间，窗户日居然面墙，就是个暗室，而且没有阳光照射，特别冷。被家人抱怨，怎么那么差因翻看Ctrip，明明是有采光的亮室。是和前台交涉，换成225，就是现在图2，明显亮堂暖和 2、订单中送迷你吧，入住时前台也不提。特意再跑去前台询问，才説可以送两瓶饮料，能赖则赖

2025年12月20日入住房间：103房本次入住体验极差，核心问题在于客房存在严重的噪音干扰，导致整夜几乎无法入睡。入睡时即可听到明显的空调设备运转噪音，夜间不仅未减弱，反而在后半夜演变为持续的、类似雨水敲击钢板的尖鋭声响！声音穿透力强且毫无间断。噪音导致后半夜完全无法躺下休息，只能坐等天亮，身心俱疲。严重影响第二天一整天行程。凌晨4点因无法忍受致电前台，酒店仅提供两副耳塞，未采取其他缓解措施或更换房间！！耳塞对于此类高频穿透性噪音基本无效，问题始终未得到实质性处理。第二天退房时前台也未就此事进行説明解释。作为以“度假”为定位的酒店，在客房隔音与夜间环境维护上存在严重缺陷，且对客人反映的问题处理缺乏诚意与效率。本次入住体验远低于预期，建议酒店尽快排查设备噪音源并优化应急服务流程。不推荐对睡眠环境有要求的旅客选择。

酒店的装修风格很雅致，整个酒店都不大却别有风味。床品超赞，早餐丰富，孩子尤其满意他们家的白粥配肉松。离木渎古镇景区很近，晚上步行很安静惬意。总体性价比超高，下次有机会还会来。
