The hotel is located in the center of Suzhou, there is a metro station and a few bus stations nearby. It is very close to the main attractions in the city. The front desk also helped us upgrade the room, the room facilities are very complete, clean and tidy. In addition, there are self-service laundry and gym on the roof of the hotel. The restaurant on the upper floor provides high-level banquet services, and the hotel also has a Suzhou specialty noodle shop on the ground floor. The hotel staff is very welcoming and proactive to help, the accommodation experience is very good.

超预期！性价比很高！因为这家店更加爱上苏州！前台服务周到热情，语调温柔声音又不会太大声。看我们带娃还给免费升级了套房。房间很干净，隔音效果超好，配套设施齐全。还会帮忙把外卖送到房间。酒店自带的面馆和中餐厅都好好吃。精致地道！地理位置也特别好，走路很快就能到地铁站、坐船的码头、沧浪亭。沧浪亭小而精致，人少体验感很好，出片！夜游坐船体验感也很好，船上解说和评弹都超预期的好。

周一到周四晚 双人房才199 虽然无早餐 但是楼下周边吃的挺多的 离2和5号线也近 自行车几分钟就到，可以去看盘门景区的夜场 。 住了两晚挺安静的 ，主要还有冰箱 智能马桶??199的暑假旺季价格 。 避雷旁边那家虞山行灶面馆，盖浇饭饭冷的 ??面也就那样

房间设施偏旧式，但干净整洁。
服务员服务很好，我们出去玩经过前台，她还主动给两瓶水我们，说外面天气太热带两瓶出门。
我们的房间不包早餐，但是他家的面馆装修中式典雅，团购早餐很划算。
酒店的地理位置很好，去景点很方便

房间干净 安静。设备维护得好。服务亲切周到。有同名很好吃的苏帮菜馆和面馆。早餐自助 品种有咖啡和传统中式早点。
交通有很近的5号线。乘车去十全街大概10元。
来苏州住在香雪海饭店是很好的选择。
感谢前台女士的周到服务 还陪我去苏面馆定单。
下次还来 住在香雪海。

酒店非常棒，入住前两天会打电话确认讯息并询问是否需要其他帮助。入住时前台小姐姐服务态度非常好，有问必答。
客房环境干净，洗漱用品也很齐全。
一楼的饭店味道也非常好吃，松鼠鱼是现做的不是预制菜，响油鳝糊也好吃！！如果排队还可以让前台小姐姐帮忙先取号。真的超级推荐！住的很开心下次来苏州游玩还住这里！！！

去苏州看演唱会的，推荐给后面来看演唱会的外地朋友们。房间干净，离地铁也近，5号线可以来回，路程相对来说适中，性价比满满。我是住了两晚，中途阿姨有上门打扫整个流程都很舒服，不会觉得被打扰。入住的时候前台看我出汗厉害还给我冰可乐和餐巾纸，后续退房的时候也是，很热情引导我领券体验苏式面，可以临时存放行李，对我这种独行人来说真的很舒适。如果再去苏州，依然优先考虑这家酒店，哈哈哈哈，已经开始想念他们面馆的面了，很香

来看演唱会，这次入住香雪海体验超棒！退房时我粗心落下了耳机，等发现已离开，怀着一丝希望联系酒店，没想到工作人员迅速响应，很快就帮我找到了耳机。他们还主动提出免费寄回，这服务太贴心了。从入住到离店，每个环节都能感受到他们的用心。房间干净舒适，设施齐全，位置也很便利。真心感谢酒店工作人员的热心帮助，以后来这，肯定还住这儿！
