Overall, I was a very nice stay. Room is very clean. Breakfast is good with mixed style with mainly Chinese cuisine. The location is next to the shopping mall but very distance from the metro.

前台小包服务很好，很有礼貌。房间很大很整洁，住的很爽，设施也很齐全，洗衣机冰箱啥的都很好用。外卖是机器人送到门口，快捷方便。旁边就是绿宝广场，吃饭逛逛也很有意思。下次来苏州玩还会订这家酒店的??

第一次住公寓式酒店，惊艳了，房间设施一应俱全，厨房各种餐具、碗筷、锅具齐备，还有冰箱、洗衣机，对带娃人士来説极其友好，客厅面积很大，温馨舒适，洗手间有浴缸，孩子也很喜欢，卧室的床垫和枕头睡得也很舒服，之前看评价説这家酒店设施有些旧，其实不然，我觉得完全在可以接受的范围，如果説这些硬件设施不算什麽的话，这家酒店的服务值得五星好评，无论是前台小李的热情接待，还是早餐听的前台和餐厅擦桌子的阿姨们，以及客房打扫衞生的阿姨们，在这样的节日期间，工作状态饱满、认真负责，真的让人心生敬佩，有被感染到，刚入住第一天，我就被客房衞生状况惊艳到，真的可以説是一层不然，毫无衞生死角，让人很放心，住了5个晚上，真的可以説是像家一样乾净舒适温馨，下次如果再来苏州，还会再选这家盛捷酒店～

酒店入住感受很不错，儿子説有家的感觉，装修简洁轻快，酒店式公寓设施一应俱全，厨房各种锅具碗筷都有配备，还有冰箱、烘乾洗衣机，非常适合家庭亲子出游的客人。酒店工作人员小陆的服务也很好，11楼层的阿姨很礼貌服务也很周到，非常满意的一次入住体验。

设施有一点年份了，但是胜在乾净衞生包括角落，配备智能马桶圈，性价比极高，并且意外惊喜服务超出了我的预期，毕竟是十一国庆期间，我们两个宝宝1岁和2.5岁可以説是鸡飞狗跳，早餐在一楼地方不算大，但是真的让人觉得很舒服，管理的很有条理，并且像回家似的，这点非常符合我对盛捷的期待，所以大家放心冲！对了位置也是超级方便，但隔音很好，还看到了狮山无人机秀棒棒棒，房间还配了洗衣机可以烘乾，可以做饭但是我们没搞就不説了

很惊喜的一家酒店。地理位置超赞！毗邻绿宝广场，吃喝玩乐都很方便。公寓服务贴心，环境整洁舒适，设施齐全，房间面积很宽敞。自助早餐也非常丰盛。性价比很高的酒店。

酒店正门不能停车，车辆转到地下车库，因为是周末，结果在车库塞了半个小时才找到酒店地库的入口。前台办理入住手续非常不礼貌，没有笑容，就像是我打扰了她在刷手机。
房间整体是比较残旧的。衞生间的浴帘都有发霉的黑点。另外是跟照片里説有用餐区是骗人的，房间只有一张书桌和一张椅子。两个人不能一起坐在书桌吃东西，另一要坐沙发的。
房间和客厅是通的，没有分隔。
退房时前台一样没有笑容，看见推着行李箱也不会帮忙推到步行去行车道上车。
餐厅和打扫房间的工作人员很热热情和你打招呼。早餐种类也很多。

Clean and quiet rooms. Hotel was accommodating in changing rooms for me to be next to my friends even though it was an upgraded room type. Stay was enjoyable!

Conveniently located besides a shopping mall & food walking street. Room is clean & spacious, well equipped with big fridge, washer & dryer. I always stay here when I visit Suzhou for business.
