Great location and fabulous view from the balcony.
While the bathtub is not well cleaned and there are some dried yellow stains which seems from fruits.
Even found a blood spot on one pillow which is really disgusting. Not sure if they really change everything before we check in. Or if they clean everything good enough. The bed lamp is really nice but dusty.
Really need to improve the cleaning process.

Room and environment was nice. Front desk staff lack of passion. But rooms cleanliness lacks abit. There are few strands of unknown hairs on floor. And there’s a old tea bottle of previous occupant

One of the best hotels in Suzhou. We asked the staff if we could check in early and they allowed us to do so.
The staff members are very nice and they are helpful as well. The rooms are clean and smells good.
They also provided us with welcome drinks and fruits.
