Overall, we were quite satisfied with the hotel as its near Metro station, room size pretty decent and even provided welcome fruits for us in the room. Most of the sightseeing places are nearby all within reasonable time. Recommended for tourist for short stay.

服务很好，早餐很丰富，地段出行很方便，靠近地铁站，离留园西园寺就两站地铁。床品住的很舒服，晚上有人说话运垃圾有点吵。

真的是住过最差的酒店。还说2024年装修过的。哪里像现在的房间，一股90年代的感觉。这个卫生间居然还那么小，洗手台和马桶的格局那么奇怪。房间还有霉味。一进来，空调还是坏的。第二天一早，厕所门居然自己锁上了。。。。。
500元的房间差成这样，也是醉了。以后再也不会来了

设施：很一般，感觉不像新装修的，东西感觉又旧又新
卫生：还可以吧，这个价位能接受
环境：坐地铁什么都比较方便，楼下也有便利店和KFC，就是还要去后面那栋楼住，然后拿外卖什么的也没有机器人
服务：服务还可以，就是没机器人送外卖

非常干净整洁，有免费水果有茶叶有咖啡，出门就是地铁口非常方便，住了三晚非常好，房间有供暖住着非常舒服，水龙头水量也大，超级棒。

房间大楼装修的不错，很有腔调。从主楼登记后，注意要找到一个温柔态度好且细心的小姑娘问清楚是哪栋楼，该怎么走。
夜班小哥公式化机械的指路跟没说清楚重点一样，全靠自己悟。
白班小姑娘们服务态度很好，很亲切而且长得很漂亮，很专业。
??地理位置优越，出行方便，打车和坐地铁都很方便。距离山塘街，石路步行街，万象天地都很近，附近吃喝玩乐一应俱全。
??服务很好，退房前打电话问能不能晚十几分锺退房，白班小朱能够理解同意，并在我退房的时候会主动询问要不要水，还送了小礼物。
???周边好吃的很多，石路附近有家烤肉生意很好，东北老板热情亲切，食材新鲜服务也好。酒店的早餐很好吃，晚上的时候酒店门口也有小吃街。
??总结，是个大酒店，有自己的几栋酒楼，淡季的时候价格低房间好，简直是性价比之王，以后来苏州就住这家店，性价比超高！

酒店交通便捷，出行方便。客房等设施非常满意，各类服务满意。特别是大堂晚上还为住客提供免费小点心。考虑实在太周到啦！下次再来该酒店住宿。

这家酒店是以前开会住过，也算是旧地重游，服务人员服务意识很好，大厅还是老样子，书香门第的设施完善了很多，也有自住洗衣房，另外，出行方便，三香广场地铁一号口就在旁边，很是怀念，希望下次还是老样子。
