房间非常乾净，酒店设施齐全，还有水果赠送，最後的一天前台领班还免费赠送我们coffee,让我们度过了一个非常愉快的小假期。但是还是有个深刻的体会，希望你们的服务不是为了服务客人而服务，太机械化，应该每个人把自己作为客人期待得到服务而的去服务。

住在这家温泉酒店，服务员工作热情周到，我感受到了极度的舒适和满足。房间内整洁乾净，床铺柔软舒适，让我在享受温泉的同时，也能拥有一个优质的睡眠。这里，我找到了真正的放松与休闲。在温泉酒店，我体验到了一个让人叹为观止的温泉池。池水清澈透明，荡漾着微微波纹，彷佛是大自然的杰作。周围绿树环绕，池边设有舒适的躺椅，让人在这里忘却了时间的流逝，还有驱寒姜茶供应……

The hotel is really good: it has 10 hot springs, and there are not so many people inside, so you can even swim there. Please notice: you can only use hot springs from 13:00 till 23:00, after that they are being cleaned. So in the morning I can recommend to walk around in the park near the hotel.

I love ld the Chinese style room decor yet not looking tacky, huge and very clean. The hot spring pools were definitely the highlight and we went everyday we stayed here. Service was also fantastic. We did not try the restaurant at the hotel (apart from the breakfast), there are many options around, pretty convenient location!

This hotel is located just 25km from Suzhou city centre under a beautiful mountainside (hillside, really), area that has soft hiking, tea picking, and excellent countryside cuisine.
The hot springs are well maintained and clean, with a variety of temperatures and mineral waters. It's a really nice place to take a date, though I recommend going to the pools a little later in the evening to avoid families and their kids. A particular highlight was the Dr. Fish pool, where the little fish are happy to rid your feet of any excess dead skin.
Breakfast was decent, though caters to the Chinese tastes, but there is bacon, eggs and hash browns for those who need something a bit easier on the stomach (like me.)

Hot spring pools didn't vary much, and occupied what seems to be a small area, which worked to our advantage because we stayed when the wearther was 1-2degC. Restaurant offered fair-priced dinner options, breakfast spread was fair as well. Not much happening in the surrounding area, until one takes the tourist shuttle (or the ebikes for rent parked around the area) where folks can check out other quaint village/farm cafes and restaurants.

Good environment and some attraction nearby the hotel. For room we all feel a bit stuffy as the air con is center unit so cant adjust it.
