1.凌晨入住，起来的时候两点了，告知前台稍微晚点走，接电话的女生很爽快的答应了（但是后面2点多一点的时候还是有个阿姨敲我门要打扫房间，我开的DND，?这点不太好，要注意一下），退房的时候她还推荐吃饭的地方，好评。
2.退房落了东西在房间，接电话的王经理为我处理的很好，好评。最后小张把东西交给了我。
3.晚上没有打火机，酒店也没有备火柴，但是服务员好像把他们自己的火给我了??还拿个小纸袋装起来送给我，谢谢，好评。
总的来説对得起两三百的价格。

家里来亲戚，对比了好几家，这家性价比最高，交通也方便，离地铁口500米左右就是2号线和4号线，去景区也方便，办理入住的杨小姐非常热情，安排了个朝阳的房间，房间空间大概有40平左右，住着很舒服，设施虽然有点老旧，但是该有的都有，比较齐全，这次入住很满意

Overall, my 5 night stay was good. But 4 out of 5 lifts were under maintenance for many days and we have to use the only man-operated passenger lift to go up. On certain days, we were told to use the staff lift to go up and go down which the lift look very run-down.

酒店地理位置优越，出行方便，地铁站很近，走路10分钟就到，周边有龙湖天街等商业街吃饭很方便，房间有点旧，衞生很乾净，早餐品种多，家人出游的好选择，性价比很高，酒店服务很好，特别是前台小杨，值得表扬。下次来苏州还会选这家店。

这家酒店性价比很高，价格实惠，各方面酒店的设施设备都很齐全，房间也很乾净。早餐丰富多样，空调很给力，空间大很舒服，在房间内，可以看到整个苏州，环境也很优美，交通便利，步行几分钟就可以到达地铁站，去各个景点也很方便，酒店附近有一个很大的商场，很哇塞！！！酒店的服务人员也都很热情，前台小裴也很有耐心，总之印象很好，旅游，出差的好选择，推荐！！！

给朋友订的房，朋友説酒店虽然有点老，但是胜在交通方便，离地铁站也很近，早餐中规中矩，前台小杨服务热情，房间空间大，该有的设施都有，停车也不需要担心，地上地下都可以停，位子挺多，出门的话，需要重前台扫停车劵，总之这次挺满意的
