第二次入住moxy，地段优秀 距地铁站步行5-8分钟即可，感谢酒店给予的升房服务，阳台房的风景很棒。房间内自带小冰箱和多种茶包，酒店的早餐也还不错 如果再来苏州 还会优先考虑入住这家

在城中心的老街上，沿途风景都非常不错。和南京不同，苏州Moxy直接把酒廊放在一楼，依旧是复古的工业风设计，适合年轻人简单自在的旅行需求。开车来的朋友要稍微注意，城市规划原因这边不大好停车，前台小姐姐也积极帮忙解决，最后我选择把车停到苏州万象天地（到2026年6月30日前都泊车免费），再坐轨道交通回酒店很方便。

Conveniently located, clean and modern setup in the hotel room.
Would have given it a 5 stars rating for the booking and stay if not for:
(1) check-in was via the bar counter which is not obvious
(2) members were allowed to have late checkout. Our rooms were not ready until 5.30pm due to late checkout and waited for another 1.5 hours for the housekeepers to get the rooms ready. Really disappointing when we arrived at the hotel at 11.30am and only able to get into our rooms at 5.30pm
(3) limited luggage storage compartment especially for big luggage. Luggages were left in an the un-manned area, next to the hotel entrance.
I would like to specially thank Neo who worked at the bar and assist with the room amenities. He was super helpful and service with a smile and stayed customer focus - an outstanding employee with the right attitude. Really commendable.

房间非常乾净，接待有礼貌，年轻有活力，加了服务微信，有问必答回覆快，欢迎饮料好喝，12月31号参加前台抽奖，运气很好抽到免费早餐，早餐简朴但是绝对到位，该有的一样不少，好评！

带着孩子一不小心定了个酒吧酒店 小孩儿兴奋极了 桌游 桌球 飞镖都是免费玩的 还有欢迎酒 这里离十全街非常近 就是特价房小了点 下回带孩子要定带点的房型了 就是説空调咱最好改进一下

第一次订这家，入住体验很好，前台zoe很好，流程清晰态度友善。送的欢迎酒可以自己选择兑换，晚上正好还有dj活动，大堂吧也漂亮，拍了一些拍立得很开心。外卖有机器人送到房间，想要矿泉水打电话给前台也是迅速安排工作人员送到房间，服务很好。房间比较小，床有点高哈哈哈哈，房间电视有点闪退。我最关注的衞生是最满意的，选择万豪旗下的酒店没有错，最重要住得舒服。

提前一两个月订了酒店，备注写了高楼层远离电梯，到酒店後这两个诉求都没能实现，被安排在二楼电梯斜对过，第二晚也不主动安排更换，体验比较差。
房间衞生间的下水道噪音很大，不断传出排水声音，影响休息。
酒店优点就是位置还不错，但是离地铁也有将近一公里。
