房间乾净整洁，整体上环境非常好！工作人员也非常好，尤其是前台小姐姐和大厅的接待人员刘局，帮我打车，服务态度非常好，是一个非常好非常帅气的小哥哥！整体上非常推荐！

五星级标准，设施先进智能，衞生衞生状况良好，房间给整理得非常整洁，一楼零点餐厅菜品丰富，有特色，尤其小套餐特别令人难忘，再加上南京大学校园无敌景色，令人心旷神怡，房间里远照远处的山川湖泊一览无余好评。

1.酒店的大环境、整体规模、外形设计远超五星级。
2.房间内部除了垃圾桶盖没有一个门有缓关器。
3.酒店员工态度冷漠且工作流程生疏。
4.早餐餐食很少而且不好吃，冷食较多并且热食也冷了。
5.早餐煎蛋处员工和女服务员大声聊八卦。
6.南大苏州校区很美，此酒店如果作为校园接待所完全达标，但若作为星级酒店属於完全没有运行和管理经验。
