环境：房间都有窗、电视机、茶具、各类手机插头的充电线。地下车库免费停车
卫生：房间、洗手间、淋浴房都很干净，杯子都是密封好的一次性纸杯，非常卫生
设施：很齐全。提供牙刷、梳子、刮胡刀、一次性拖鞋及淋浴用塑料拖鞋。健身房及洗衣房设在三楼。二楼的餐厅每天提供自助早餐，二十多元一位，经济实惠，饮品、食品的味道、选择都可以。
服务：前台服务很贴心，待客非常有礼，效率高。大堂有小零食及消毒酒精、饮用水等日用品供房客取用
总体而言，是一家非常用心的酒店，性价比很高，每次去苏州都选住这家酒店。

Our trip was wonderful, the reception miss xiaotang and miss lulu were very nice and helpful. Not to mention the other staff, huang anyang that sends us back the money that we left for the tip and she thought that we forgot it.

All receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I give 5 stars.
Although the location is a bit far from the city ( around 30 mins by cab ) however the hotel is tranquil . next to the hotel has one starbucks , convenient store , super market and some food store.

Hotel is upgrading to change brand to holiday inn express.
Service is good. New room is brighter than old room.
Got McDonald's, bubble teas, family mart, food eateries and Starbucks beside the hotel. Quite convenient
