酒店位置就在在 4 号线查院场站，出来就是，大堂在六楼。 早餐好吃。服务热情。 送的伴手礼很萌。自助洗衣弄丢了一只袜子，酒店因此补送了一双。 有健身房和洗衣。注意，现在全国的轻居都没有深夜粥道了。

很乾净衞生，进去没有异味，很整洁，智能马桶，沐浴露也很好，服务态度也很好，电视也可以投屏看哦，枕头还是记忆枕，睡得很舒服

这家酒店今年新开的，房间乾净整洁清爽床品很舒服，设施也齐全有智能马桶，前台随随很热情退房还给了暖心水，酒店环境很好出行也很方便

1月1日从台湾到苏州，已经是下午4点，从地铁1b出来，就看到旅馆招牌，这家轻居旅馆入口，位在第一百货的侧面，旁边就是麦当劳和瑞幸咖啡，只有两个电梯，一楼到五楼和第一百货相通，从六楼电梯出来check in，前面柜台小姐姐就非常亲切的问候，热心指导我办理住宿，每天早上出门时，都会关心且递上热的矿泉水瓶，说外面很冷可以暖暖手(这几天苏州气温都是1-3度)。
服务人员和清洁人员都很客气，洗衣房还有一位大哥，会帮忙取出烘衣机内已经处理好的衣物，方便下一位客人洗衣烘衣，房间内的电视机，可以看到洗衣房的洗衣机、烘衣机的使用状况，方便知道这时能不能洗衣烘衣。
住了五天的感受，这家服务真的不错，每天早餐的菜色都有变化，好吃且不会重复，馄饨和面煮的好吃，值得推荐。在这里住了五天感觉很好，若是下次再来苏州，会优先选择这家。
房间隔音不错，基本上满安静的，可惜隔壁的客人说话好大声，晚上11点半还可以听到他们声音。

The hotel is very modern and comfortable, the staff are super friendly and they helped me a lot. The location is right in the shopping mall and in front of the subway station. Opposite the hotel is a pedestrian street.

The location of hotel is perfectly located opposite shopping street and right at the exit of mrt station. There’s also plenty of f&b around. Very easy to navigate around Suzhou. Service from hotel good, the front desk staffs are friendly. They also provide free laundry and midnight supper. Breakfast has limited selection but not a big issue. The room was spacious and love that they provide 2+1 family room option. Highly recommended

乾净整洁，交通便利出地铁进酒店，朝南的窗可以看到怡园300岁银杏，晴天房间晒得非常暖和，去哪里都方便，过马路观前街，穿过观前街就到平江路。老城区景点密集，逛起来别提多方便了

酒店位置很好就在观前街附近，表扬前台泡麪特别好，服务也好热情，早餐超级好吃大厨做的饭超级香，其次是衞生超级乾净，进门没有异味，隔音巨好，虽然是新开的酒店，但什麽都好，衞生也好服务也好什麽都好我从大东北来的，没白来，超级好超级好，我要推荐给我身边的每一个朋友都来住！！！
