很满意，和图片完全相符。是新装修的。设计的很好，摆设也好看，床品很舒服。喜欢枕头。毛巾也很乾净。衞浴的门是比较密封的。马桶有加热。细节都做得挺好的。就在山塘街门口

酒店位置特别近七里山塘，2-3 分钟就到。步行5分钟到石路地铁站可以到苏州站或到景区。房间非常新，乾净，和舒服。前台小姐热情招待。我和先生非常满意和推荐。????????

前台工作人员态度友好，热情、每当有快递到时都贴心的通知。酒店房间宽敞乾净，双人床舒适，浴缸超大泡澡很舒服。地理位置优越，过条马路就是山塘街，离地铁站也很近。楼下饮食店众多，用餐方便，值得推荐。

位置超级赞，七里山塘近在咫尺，晚上逛山塘夜景，逛够了，过了马路就是酒店。去地铁2号线也很近，方便去金鸡湖等等。附近饭馆很多，哑巴生煎特别近，排队的人相对少。衞生好，到处都乾乾净净，前台美女服务员专业熟练周到。住的房间虽然临街，但是一点噪音没有，安静。

位置：位於市中心交通便利，离地铁站不远，火车站过去2号线两站路到达。旁边就是步行街，离山塘街也很近，很适合作为出差旅行短途的酒店，晚上方便逛逛夜市。
衞生：房间乾湿分离，大床房的床比较大，晚上睡的很舒服。
设施：设备较新，电动马桶、投影仪都有，基本设施需求都能满足。
服务：前台很尽责，晚到店还电话提醒入住时间，整体比较满意。

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was very lovely and hospitable and took care of any and all requests promptly. They even had a cute little robot that would deliver items if needed at the room the hotel itself was very centrally located in very walkable easy to get to the riverbank restaurants shopping And picked up and dropped off by cabs would highly recommend recommended. The bed was very comfortable. They even had a lovely bathtub. They provided us with all basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body soaps, which were of high-quality and the towels were wonderful and plush. It was also very quiet and peaceful. The elevator was quite small. The lobby is on the top floorfor check-in

地理环境在老街区，离山塘街过条马路，很方便！周围虽是老房子，房间都是很新的装修，太喜欢巨大的投屏，黄梅天雨季不高兴出去，就躲着看私人电影～房间隔音蛮好的，没影响～管家服务也好，安排好停车???

房间干净，智能窗帘和投影给人感觉新颖。

前台服务不错，因为没有中国电话号码订不到外卖，也帮我解决了。地点不错，楼下蛮多吃的和便利店。九点多到，还让我们提早可以入住和免费升级房间。因为刚好去的时候是雨季，一直下雨，在房间看戏，还蛮舒服，整体不错。。
