订的大床房，房间灯的设计有点问题，必须全亮後才能开启镜前灯，早上早起都无法开灯，怕惊醒家人，一开就整个房间全亮。酒店的服务态度还是很不错的。

无论是环境、服务，首选这家酒店，这次是带父母出游的，订了两间房，两个晚上，父母对酒店很满意，提前预订了阳台房给父母，坐在阳台慢悠悠品茶，真的很舒服，父母满意和开心，就是我最大的心愿，谢谢这家酒店的两三个小美女服务态度真的超好，超贴心超有耐心的，谢谢

这个酒店我觉得不管设施还是环境上都没得説，超出预期，而且阳台外就是河，风景不错，我朋友那间露台超大，就是房间小了点，还是我的房间不错，房间还有香味

来了很多次苏州 基本都住阊门那边 这边无意见发现了这家酒店 看看房间也有自己喜欢的带露台的 就定了两晚 位置环境服务都不错 出门很方便 如果下次来 还可以继续

住後评价来罗~ 总体来说，体验很好特别是2位前台小姐姐还有应该是女经理也挺不错，都会尽可能去帮忙解决问题，早餐还算可以中规中矩，但房间检查方面要再注意点，有问题的地方提早更换 体验感会更好~

酒店很新位置优越便利，就在外城河边，对面就是运河剧院，离山塘街很近。晚上逛街回来发现酒店边上竟藏着一家24小时营业的裕兴麪馆，对於喜欢苏式麪的人来説简直太有口福了。要是早看见我就不订酒店早餐了。酒店房间很乾净温馨，床品很舒适。服务也很好，水也给得很到位。临河的房间还有观景阳台，秋日阳光里喝一壶茶看看阊门风景一定很惬意，只可惜我没订临河的房间，不过酒店二楼有观景大阳台可以坐坐。酒店早餐也不错，也有苏式红汤麪，煮麪阿姨很热情，一次次善意提醒。总的来説这次入住体验很棒。

I really love the staff here! My experience with locals in China hasn’t always been great, but the people at this hotel have the best attitude. The laundry area is free to use, and the staff were so kind; they even helped move our clothes to the dryer and delivered them to our room afterward. The room design is modern and comfortable too. Absolutely loved it! ??

很新的酒店，很乾净，使用的物品也有品质，香薰查了一下价格都是近200的价格，很少有酒店投入那麽多，乳胶的枕头特别舒服，都想买一个同款。位置也非常好，与七里山塘步行距离15分钟，可以沿河走过去，即能感受繁华又不回被繁华所扰，国庆後几日酒店也没有上调价格，早餐很丰富，所有服务员态度都很和气，还送了2人下午茶。我们房间升级成露台房，可以喝茶观景，总之，不管是朋友还是家庭，亦或是商务人士都是最优选择。手绘地图，很用心！！
