I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, a good experience and I would stay here again.

We had a room facing a small but beautiful courtyard.
The hotel is located smack in the heart of Pingjiang pedestrian Road which is of cobbled stone. Hotel staff are most willing to assist those travelling with many luggages (and myself with an octogenarian), it is located between Tongli bridge and Chaohuxu Lane/ bridge. (depicted in photos).
Fresh and sweet cherry tomatoes are always ready by the frontdesk - pop a few in the mouth any time to guench thirst.

住了一晚之後，果断又续了一晚。
就在平江路临街的2楼，很方便
虽然是临街的房间，但双层玻璃隔音很好 完全听不到楼下的吵闹声
酒店是老房子改的，很有设计感，原木白墙的复古设计
乾湿分离的衞生间，智能马桶ROCA的不是toto 也够用
中央空调跟房间是两路电，一进门冷气就已经开了，巨爽
还有公用的自助洗衣机
有健身房但是门没开
大概将近20个房间，一小半临湖
去哪都方便
地铁口走路10分钟不到

大年初一晚上在家没事做，定个房间小住一晚～前天服务热情，免费升级临河房，送免费早餐，种类丰富，房间窗帘马桶都是智能的，300多块在年初一晚上，而且还是平江路繁华路段，真的性价比很高，早起还看到了苏州下雪，虽然时间不长，但是真的很美，对了，还有24小时免费停车，平时去逛一次停车都要停掉好几十，这家真的太给力了，下次心血来潮再去！

这次订到的酒店超级贴心 环境也很好 就在平江路景区里 地理位置很优越 楼下就可以听评弹 很惬意 管家小姐姐还给我们升级了房间 房间装修古色古香 很舒适 进门还送了欢迎果盘 第二天的早饭也很不错 这次的酒店得到了家人的一致好评 是一次愉快的出行

酒店要从小巷里进入，但也不是特别难找，有一种曲径通幽的感觉。酒店客房简约的现代风格与传统的苏式风格相结合，灯光主要以暖白为主，给人一种温馨舒适的感觉。屋内结构层次也较为丰富，卫生间干湿分离。卫生间里的洗发露、沐浴露也很好，还有护发素。洗漱用具也很好，尤其是牙刷，是我近一年里住的酒店里见过最好的！服务也很到位，早餐还可以送餐上门，点心也很好吃。整个旅住体验也可以说是很赞的，强力推荐！

环境很好，真比有些五星酒店干净有品味。
并且很智能新装修的就是不一样哈，并且景区里面这个价钱能住这么好已经非常开心了。古色古香有本地特色并且和现代简约相结合，已经是近两年出行住过的最好的酒店了。

🔔服务：非常好，还送了水果零食给我吃提前帮我们打开了空调，非常贴心。

有停车场，一晚24小时免费。离店家倒是不远，不到5分钟的路程，没有接送服务，平江府的石板路拖起箱子来很不方便，建议帮客人拿一下。门面很小，不过里面别有洞天，有一间带阳台的房间，直接可以听到楼下的评弹。二楼天井有个小景观，跟朋友一起喝茶聊天很惬意。临河的房间白天有点吵，晚上就安静了。酒店位置就在平江路上，逛街很方便，离狮子林走路15分钟以内，离观前街也很近，在这里玩个两三天没有问题。

民宿就在平江路景区内，枕水人家，环境宁静，升级了临河大床房，房间智能窗帘，卫生间智能设备很贴心，早餐健康又营养，旁边苏州评弹馆，感觉融入了苏州当地人的日常！前台管家服务温馨而细致，很棒的民宿！酒店出门闲逛平江路，沉静安逸，文艺而小小资～～下次来苏州，首选艺漫酒店！
