没有小孩用的牙刷牙膏还有拖鞋，要求提供第二张房卡和被子被前台客服拒绝，而且表情一直冷冰冰，服务质量有待提升。房间打扫阿姨人很好。

几年前来过投诉水管道出黄水，这次改进了，大概天热，酒店不敢开窗，进房有异味，给了还是吸烟层，提出后马上给换了，服务还不错
