差的一笔，不知道说什么好，清明节5号假期入住 房价2188。半夜楼下ktv吵的让人无法入睡，多次打前台电话无法解决，最后给我回电让我等1小时再睡，后ktv经理承诺12点准时结束……
我住个五星级酒店还必须12点以后才能入睡？最基本的睡眠都无法保证！
多次跟前台及当班经理反应，投诉，后面也是不了了之。事后还有客服打电话问我是否满意，又再告知此事，后续再无回应，入住体验极差！

国宾馆，硬件水平，服务水平，地理位置都无可挑剔。常年奔波，仍然被这里的服务所折服。出去散步回来，房间已经被整理利落，床上放着一个毛巾折成的小兔子。非常贴心。酒店坐落在湖边山脚，满山的桔子树，登高远眺，心旷神怡。值得推荐！同时特别向周文红，朱奇君，李维提出表扬。举家出游，东山宾馆绝对是不二之选！
