每一次入住都感受到很好的服务，前台孙小姐（要是没记错的话）还帮忙升级到了15楼套房，非常感谢如此温馨的待遇。退房时忘记手机在房间，值班经理Ashley还帮我保留了手机，太感谢了！以后来吴江首选希尔顿

酒店是新建的，很不错。订了几晚大床房，办入住的时候前台小姐姐直接给免费升到了小套房好开心哈哈哈哈。服务人员很nice 态度也很好。下次来苏州 一定一定还会这在这家。

很棒的一家酒店，希尔顿在很多城市都有住过，这是我住过的最舒适的一家，超级点评他家的西餐厅，味道性价比超级高！！！房间装修风格也很大气，适合商务办公，超级赞，交通的话，也很方便！反正就是特别赞，希望这次疫情早日过去，加油全中国
