据说是吴江比较早的五星级酒店，但确实可能因为古老，关联基建设施落后，电梯不及时，地下车库没有，早餐味道也一般，房间隔音也比较一般，随便住住了。

前台服务很差，电梯下来手机摔脏了取一张餐厅纸都说没有，主动取的意思都没有，完全不理人的态度.退房查房有东西也不说走了想起来打电话过去还要自己付快递费，星级酒店就这服务态度也是醉了。
