酒店房间特别大！房间没的说。不过我们是为了泳池订的，结果泳池维护，很遗憾，还有就是我们是三个家庭同时订的房间，结果是到了才临时分配的房。三家住在三个楼层！房卡进电梯只能到居住层和大厅！特别不方便。

泳池一直处于维修状态，特地选了有室内泳池的，孩子们想游泳，于是只能步行一公里去昆山体院馆的泳池！退房退押金时候太不专业，竟然朋友一间房的儿童早餐费付过了，还在帐上，还莫名多了一份大人餐费，真的是第一次遇到这样的管理，人工登记早餐房号给了纸都能抄错，还是我们提醒才改过来，那费用写在别人房间里确实能理解为什么多出费用了，混乱不堪……问题出了也需要我们等待很久才处理完，感觉服务意识确实有问题……
