这家酒店环境不错，房间宽敞，服务很好，自助晚餐性价比高，只是我们住的3207房入住后发现台盆下水不畅，叫工人来修，耽搁了我们一点时间，这样的事情实属不该，在前面客人退房后就该发现和修理

酒店位置很清静，是在一座山坳的尽头，空气也很好，不过天气热了蚊虫肯定不少。酒店设施挺一般的，床睡的很不舒服，阳台有一侧是墙，一侧是镂空的木架子，那一侧的隔壁露台看的清清楚楚，不太私密。两个床的床头居然都没有插座，让手机党情何以堪！卫生间的马桶很臭，而且冲的不干净，大花洒的水很不均匀，水压倒很好。酒店的效率很低，一次忘带房卡，一次要儿童拖鞋，都是等了很久都没来，催了之后才解决。酒店离旺山景区和吃农家乐的钱家坞都有点距离，最好还是开车，不过停车有点难，下午17点后可以开进景区。前台租的自行车价格比景区门口的贵很多，不推荐。天颐温泉离酒店步行大概七八分钟，我们没有去，不好评价。酒店的儿童设施很少，而且开放时间短，我记得有个游乐场，本来晚饭后想带孩子去，后来大概晚上18:30左右回酒店，工作人员说已经关了！也没有室内游泳池，只能呆在房间看看电视，1200+的房费，除了两瓶洞庭湖矿泉水，几包茶叶，什么都没有，洗浴用品也是比较蹩脚的，总体来说性价比不高。
