优点：就是酒店的服务态度真的是没话说，比五星级酒店还要好，每个岗位的服务员都会主动微笑的打招呼，电梯口、大堂口都会提供免费的矿泉水和饮料，客房服务员还提供免费的水果，大夏天的非常人性化。br不足之处：就是早餐品种少了点，房间的设施陈旧了点，但卫生方面还是蛮干净的。br如果有机会再到常熟来，我还会选择美豪酒店！
