酒店服务真的不错，前台亲切友善，尤其是前台邓小曼，客人在前台时送上毛巾及饮料，真的贴心；停车场王新良先生，停车安排，帮忙免费洗车，真的很赞；九楼免费点心也真的很好；房间免费水果也不错，饮用水无限量供应。酒店一直是我出差常熟的首选。
