酒店实际设施和图片差距较大，房间设施都上年纪了，电视机也非常小，卫生间还有脏东西没擦干净，沙发底下有瓜子壳。酒店停车也不方便，前台应该是临时工还是实习生，一会说有地下停车场一会又说没有开放，后来看了下是没开，过年本来就人多，地面停车非常紧张，搞不懂为什么关闭地下的！自助早餐品种不算多，关键是管理混乱，很多人进去吃，就像个菜场，桌子收拾餐具清洗都没跟上，可见之前没有做预案，不像五星级酒店的管理风格！周边除了金鹰国际还能逛逛，巴黎春天档次很低，和名字不搭！下次不会去那里住了

2016年装修骗人的吧，我觉得装修风格起码15年有了。反正卫生间的边角都发霉了，花洒也只有浴缸上面有，给娃洗澡反正是不方便的。看在499元还带乐园门票的份上，忍了。硬件和清洁程度充其量全季酒店水准，那些觉得好的不是托就是没住过5星级吧。
