2026年新年的开始入住苏州柏悦，酒店的室内设计很有气质，一步一景。园景房的窗外正好是锦鲤的池子，看着锦鲤游来游去，挺有意思。房间的床宽敞舒适，睡得很好。第二天的早餐也很优秀，单点的老鸭粉丝汤家人很喜欢，还有虾饺、生煎都很不错。

非常喜欢的一家酒店 就在金鸡湖畔后门走出去就是湖边， 前台管家到退房服务都非常满意， 今天退房时前台的小姑娘细心提醒我们出游的博物馆预约讯息等， 真的贴心又专业避免我们空跑。 管家Claire也很贴心提醒早餐等时间。 会是下次苏州首先入住酒店。 外联通房和朋友一起出游太方便了， 单间宽敞舒适。

酒店自身和周边环境特别好，无可挑剔，安静又不荒凉，无愧柏悦之名。到酒店时间已经午夜了，卓盈盈管家提前两天就联系好确认各项细节事宜，知道我们到的晚提前吩咐准备好了热银耳羹，真的非常细心太暖了，很晚了还在回覆工作消息也辛苦了，谢谢柏悦有温度的热情服务，宾至如归！

被升级到套房，带露台，带厨房，舒适又实用的房型，不想走啦。
去年来柏悦，在附近不期而遇了一羣小猫，这次带了猫粮来，却没找到小猫。问了礼宾部的小哥，原来小猫们还在附近更宜居的秘密基地，有被爱心人士照顾。真好啊，工作人员对流浪小动物怀着善意，这个酒店一定是非常优秀的。
宾客关系部Danny知道我记挂小猫，特地给我发了照片，是要约我下次再来吗哈哈哈。

Amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. The front desk and staff are very helpful, a special thanks to Yvonne for her amazing service. We got the Sky wheel view king room : comfortable bed and linens, large bathroom and shower. Very quiet. I highly recommend this place.
