Good hotel, room is correct but the staff at the reception is really really not professional . Unbelievable!! They really need training to welcome clients ( at least they must good morning and smile a bit) and then to take care about us and help us to find our way .. so unprofessional...

性价比超高…酒店设施一流。服务水平也很高…唯一缺憾就是酒店没有常用药品提供。小失望而已，但是给酒店的环境硬件以及服务点赞。

园林式酒店比较清新，房间也不错。阳台景好。坐便器的遥控不好用。餐厅从早餐品质和服务实在是不尽人意。

其实在这里住了两天，第二天是后订的，换了个更大的房间，房间很干净，环境很优雅，庭院式的结构，在生态园旁边显得僻静独特，停车场是很方便的，可以先停在门口办好了入住手续再开车到地下停车场，可以很安全地刷卡进电梯，第一天住的房间的确有些小，只适合单人住，第二天换了个大房间明显好多了，房间里的水果也很新鲜，洗护用品是欧舒丹的，这应该算是个惊喜吧，价格的话在整个张家港算是比较高的，不过值得体验！楼下的自营汤之乡足浴也很干净优雅
