入住酒店点评写的少，这次要好好的表扬一下恒力度假酒店。这二天有点寒意，带着年迈的爸妈去苏州同里去溜达一圈，挑选了恒力度假酒店。前台的二位漂亮小MM，小刘和小杨都给了我们很深的印象，服务意识很强，对待客人笑脸??相迎，小刘主动帮着拎行李送我们到电梯，小杨在我们离开酒店帮我们提行李目送我们上车。这里再次要提一下美女小刘，谢谢她的热心友善，我妈妈的帽子忘了拿了，小刘得知后第一时间让快递小哥给解决了，太贴心??了。还有一位餐厅的张革小帅哥，我们去了湿地公园中午时间一时回来打不到车，发短讯让他帮忙留一下午饭，也帮我们解决了回酒店能吃到热菜热饭，打扫房间的老董也是热心人，晚上的夜宵粥，泡脚桶，都是暖心的行为，祝?恒力度假酒店越来越好，致力于银发长者的养生??

这次住宿体验很好，本来定了亲子房，后来直接升级湖景套房，非常惊喜！入住很晚，服务员耐心送来了晚安粥和迎宾水果，还有泡脚用品，管家小宋服务很周到，直接送我们到房间。

房间乾净整洁，前台服务很好，免费升级了房型 ，景色很漂亮，酒店内部还有茶室和棋牌室 ，休闲设施狠齐全，离景区也很近。

房间挺满意，周围环境不错。 定的亲子房间， 小朋友很喜欢，个人觉得衞生可以更好一点。

入住体验非常好，前台小邱非常热情，服务很周到。整个酒店环境很乾净，房间很宽敞，酒店早餐样式也很丰富。酒店后面就是同里湖，早上起床后非常适合在湖边遛弯。

A quiet respite away from the beautiful lively colorful Tongli old town. The serene lake view from the room was fabulous! Wished I had more time to walk around the lake and use the pool and gym. The spa packs and offers were a great touch! Definitely, worthy of a return!

The resort is located in a lovely spot on Lake Tongli and is very cosy and relaxing. It is surrounded by greenery and is ideal for family trips/wellness breaks.
The rooms are bright and very well maintained. We were also offered a free upgrade. We checked in late in the evening and the restaurant very kindly served us a light dinner.
I don't know if the hotel receives many European guests, they speak little English at the reception.
