服务是真不错，虽然当中有个意外，但是酒店的服务人员的应急处理和善后工作还是做的很不错的。不出酒店就有足够孩子玩的地方，我们还另外花了35元玩了游乐城堡，宝贝玩的舍不得走了。强烈推荐亲自周边游，服务很棒！

几乎所遇见的员工都很有礼貌。离店后还有电话/短信回访。那个石船的三层餐厅服务差，员工很努力，管理不到位。放了1位实习生，根本就忙不过来。也没有管理人员来协调！不值这个价！
