洗发水和沐浴露很差劲，还不如快捷酒店，淋浴花洒出水量一般，入住时问前台要5个一次性杯子，前台説没有，让我自己去水吧枱要，後来在我的坚持下他打电话协调，还是我自己去拿的，入住时前台的服务非常一般，第2天退房时前台男生服务很好

非常惊喜的一次入住体验！无论是商务出行还是休闲度假，苏州尹山湖希尔顿酒店都给了我超预期的完美感受。
?? 绝佳的地理位置：
酒店坐落在美丽的尹山湖畔，风景真的是一绝。我入住的是一间湖景房，超大的落地窗将湖光山色尽收眼底，尤其是傍晚时分，夕阳西下，湖面波光粼粼，美得让人心醉。周边环境安静，但交通却很便利，无论是自驾还是打车都很方便，距离市区和热门景点也不算远。
?? 现代化的客房设施：
房间非常宽敞明亮，装修是现代简约风格，搭配希尔顿一贯的品质，显得高级又舒适。床品必须重点表扬！床垫和枕头软硬适中，躺上去瞬间放松，一夜安眠到天亮。衞生间的乾湿分离做得很好，洗漱用品齐全，热水出水快且稳定，细节之处可见用心。
??? 丰富的餐饮体验：
早餐种类很丰富，中西式结合，既有苏州本地的特色小吃，也有西式的麪包沙拉。食材新鲜，味道在线，尤其是一碗热腾腾的苏式汤麪，开启元气满满的一天。酒店的其他餐厅还没来得及体验，但看菜单也很诱人，下次一定要试试。
??? 完善的配套设施
健身房器材齐全，面对湖景跑步的感觉太棒了。恒温泳池水质清澈，人不多，游上几圈非常惬意。对於出差的人来説，酒店的商务中心和会议室也显得非常专业。
?? 卓越的贴心服务：
最後必须要夸一夸酒店的服务团队。从下车时礼宾员主动上前帮忙拿行李，到前台工作人员高效、热情地办理入住，每一位员工都面带微笑，主动问好，让人感到非常温暖。有任何需求响应得都非常及时，真正做到了宾至如归。
总而言之，这是一次无可挑剔的入住体验，已经向朋友们强烈推荐了。下次来苏州，尹山湖希尔顿绝对是我的不二之选！

During the recent Dragon Boat festival, my wife and I spend the weekend at Hilton Suzhou Yinshan Lake. Firstly, the service from hotel staff are excellent. We especially enjoyed the service by the staff at the Shiny Lounge where we had our afternoon tea. The staff (I didn't managed to get her name) is very friendly and helpful, knowing that we are foreigners. She patiently explained the package and even took extra effort to get discount for us. We are really appreciative of such a wonderful and thoughtful care. Our entire stay is enjoyable, and the lake view from our room is fantastic. Not even the rain (the entire 2 days of our stay) could dampen our holiday. I would highly recommend this place for its good location, excellent staff service and great view.

The double bed room with lake view is a steal at this price! Super big, with bath tub and definitely hitting Hilton standard for service and breakfast. Check out the high tea set too!

The concierge staff kindly upgraded our room during check in. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. There were a variety of items for breakfast and we especially loved the local food options.
There are multiple food options in the mall that’s within 5 min walking distance from the hotel (尹山湖歌林公园）. We had enjoyed our stay here.

Super spacious and clean room with a superb lake view and clean toilet with a bathtub. Amazing staff and hotel located 30 mins away from most attractions. There's a mall with cinema within 10mins walk. Overall, this is one of the best hotel I've ever stayed in.
