位置挺不错，离地铁一号线滨河路站不远。服务很热情，也很规范。房间设施齐全，略显陈旧，但是干净卫生。房间有点小，中央空调没开，只有风，不制冷。早饭有打包的定食，咖啡/奶茶+卷饼+鸡蛋+酸奶+水果+西点，算是挺丰富了。总体性价比还不错！

在艺龙网定的房间，价格不高，不含早餐，酒店硬件设备很好，也很新，房间很大，设施齐全，大床房的床很大，有2米宽，床品质量很好，睡着非常舒服，客房很温馨，进门就有一股淡淡的精油香味，洗漱用品味道好闻，一次性拖鞋打破一般酒店白色的惯例，银灰色的，好喜欢，一进房间酒店就送了水果，楼层间还有火柴，浴帽，瓶装矿泉水，指甲锉等小东西供客人选用，酒店还送了简单早餐，自己去前台取，有蛋糕卷饼，鸡蛋，酸奶，咖啡，小番茄等，足够吃了，很暖心，下次来苏州还打算住这里，建议酒店的软件还有较大的提升空间，希望下次再来会管理的更好。
