设施肯定的是当地最高的酒店了。卫生，设计，等都不错。只是服务意识和管理不足。我早上10点到店，竟然说因为前一天满房，不能马上办理入住，要我存了行李去溜达。经常出差10+年，第一次碰到这么直接说的。后来倒是10来分钟就入住了。不过前台的言语真的让人很不舒服。
晚上6.30吃饭，中餐零点竟然找不到2个座位？其实明明看到有空桌的。住过这么多家温德姆集团的酒店，这也是第一次赶上。真的欠缺服务意识，甚至是管理。
入住率当然重要，但这个档次的酒店如果什么旅客都接，迟早会让自己掉价的。

酒店环境还是不错的，但细节还有待改善。比如说空调声音太响了，被子这个季节又有点厚。服务很不错晚上隔壁打麻将，前台马上帮我换了房间，感觉还是很好的。
