特意挑选了常熟最有意境的一家酒店，房间还不错，有文化气息，布置很别致。窗外就是茶园，满目青翠。房间不多，很安静，电梯观景，休息区各不相同，都很雅致。马桶是自动的，加热，打开，冲水，卫洗丽。洗漱用品是浪凡，巨香。赠送的茶不错，正好用窗台上的茶具品了。早餐马马虎虎，不挑剔。工作人员在我有需求时都很热心尽职，入住退房都很快，还送了小玩具给孩子，送了纪念品给我，很感谢。br几点意见:1.房间还是有点味道。2.到门口从来没有人引导停车，带路。3.服务员基本不会主动微笑打招呼，与管家式服务有差距。4.全部外墙在整修，本来酒店自成一景，特意带孩子来看看，结果就是睡觉的地方，最大的遗憾。5.一点多就没有午餐了。
