真是个绝对不要脸的酒店！艺龙的服务更是一塌糊涂！本人大半夜高速公路上爆胎，导致无法赶回苏州，只能夜宿服务区等待第二天修理完了回苏州，结果酒店告知不能退款！我预订的时候还清清楚楚看见写的免费取消！作为艺龙多年的资深超级VIP，艺龙居然站在酒店那边欺压客户！你们的良心何在！这么恶心没有道德的脏乱差破旧酒店绝对不推荐住！艺龙如此没脸没皮的做生意积分用完改用携程了以后！气人！恶心！恶心！恶心！
