酒店的服务没话说，打了客栈电话美女工作人员送票到牌楼，去客栈的路上美女主动热情，到了酒店办理了入住，前台的小哥哥给我的宝贝圣诞小礼物，还帮我们免费升了级(因为看到我带了孩子床大会舒服一些)还给了宝贝一张免费小火车票，客栈的位置很好就在景区里面，办理入住的时候美女给我大概讲了一下周围的情况，房间卫生也很好，空调，热水都不错，客栈旁边就是纸箱王，环境感觉像个大四合院，孩子在院里玩安全，房间的窗户也看的到……总体来说蛮不错的还会考虑再来！

酒店离景区很近，大概步行3分钟就到了。前台服务员很热情，帮我们把房间升级成了亲子房，房间空间比较大，布置也很特别，还很贴心的赠送了圣诞小礼物，是一次很愉快的住宿体验。

酒店环境 服务都不错😊 强烈推荐 里面的的东西都是纸箱做的 很有创意。 孩子特别喜欢。 还有一个儿童阅读室，很干净，非常适合小朋友去看看。 可能因为天气太冷的原因，人不多。但是环境还是很好的。期待天暖和一些，再去看一看江南水乡。
