这是我住过最差劲的一次假日酒店！！！
1. 酒店门口有垃圾塑料袋
2. 酒店床的靠背都是灰尘，洗手台有污渍，不知道有没有打扫。
3. 洗澡间的门把手设计的很搞笑，洗完澡后，手上有点沐浴露，打不开门。
4. 早餐的西瓜问题很大，看上去不新鲜，吃完后，拉了两次肚子！

第一次带孩子来苏州，匆匆忙忙的在网上看了酒店，定了2晚。到了之后发现酒店很新，有自助洗衣，房间卫生很干净，布草很新。关键酒店离石路地铁站才5分钟的路程，地铁站12出口，过广济桥，看到红绿灯，酒店就在旁边，晚上房间很安静。去七里山塘才8分钟，出门有公交车站，去寒山寺，留园都很近。如有时间，下次来苏州，我还会住该酒店。

设施：24平不算小了，但是房间设计的很不合理，厕所和浴室格外小，想进浴室，不是碰到水池台盆，就是碰到马桶，而且马桶和洗手池直接距离太近了，洗水果都膈应。
卫生：走廊地毯特别脏，完全不符合高档型的定位，洗手池右侧还有之前客人的毛发，房间里面很重的霉味，本来订的2天，连夜取消第二天的，找了其他酒店。
服务：前台服务挺好的，一开始确认了的高层，最后给的一楼，前台小姐姐一直道歉，还送了一份早餐，但是第二天早上在房间里，搞卫生的阿姨，没敲门，直接刷卡进来了，私隐性都无法保证，连锁酒店都不培训的吗？

breakfast is good my bathroom had no handwash soap and the car cannot park in front of hotel lobby but overall hotel is very good
