中规中矩的商务酒店。游泳池里还有干蒸房，游完后蒸一下去掉寒气，值得推荐。酒店服务有待改进，我们一家三口入住，进了房间就打服务中心要一双拖鞋，结果几个小时都没要来，催了三次最后半夜才送来。房间的抽水马桶按钮有点坏了，按了不会自动弹起。自助早餐还不错。

提前1个月订了2晚酒店，第二次入住苏州万怡酒店，元旦开车到苏州游玩，全家人都很喜欢，住的无烟26层，双床房房间很大，客房和卫生间干净明亮，设施齐全，地下有停车场，走时别忘了和前台要停车券，周边吃东西方便，交通便利，去观前街可以坐地铁1号线在临顿站下，到苏州乐园、糖果乐园都可坐地铁，感谢艺龙和万怡酒店！很满意！

酒店设施和卫生都不错，必须要说的是服务相当的好，让客人既有家的感觉又能感受到星级酒店的服务，特别表扬门童600402服务态度非常好，热情周道，唯一稍稍有点欠缺的是早餐品种不是太多，再改善一下就更完美了
